Checking Claims Status and Payments Online Teaches Providers how to check claims status and payments, including how to: Check status for submitted claims; Verify current paid, suspended, denied claim status; Search for multiple submitted claims; and Interpret inquiry results.
Using the AVR will show providers and their Organization Administrators how to access and use the Automated Voice Response System (AVRS).
